  • Skillet (preferably cast iron)

  • Mixing bowl

  • Tongs

  • Cutting board

  • Knife


  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Lemon wedges for serving



Start by marinating the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and lemon juice. Set aside for 30 minutes.


Heat a skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat and add olive oil.


Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for a minute.
