  • Large mixing bowl

  • Cheese grater

  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of broccoli florets

  • 1.5 cups of cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup of cooked rice (preferably brown rice)

  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes until it’s slightly tender.
