  • Three shallow dishes

  • Mallet

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Lemon wedges for serving



Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


Use a mallet to pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.


In a shallow dish, mix the panko, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
