Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Kafta Kabobs Recipe Details

  • Grill or grilling pan

  • Mixing bowl

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

  • Brush for oil

  • Knife and chopping board


  • 500 grams of minced chicken

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Wooden or metal skewers

  • Olive oil for brushing

  • Optional: bell peppers and cherry tomatoes for garnish



In a large bowl, mix the minced chicken, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.


Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.


Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.


Shape the chicken mixture into elongated ovals and thread onto skewers.
