  • A good quality blender

  • A spatula

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup of ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • A dash of honey or agave syrup (optional)

In a blender, add the almond milk first to prevent the blender from clogging.

Next, add in the frozen mango chunks, banana, and pineapple.

Add the protein powder.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.

Taste and add honey or agave syrup if more sweetness is desired.

Blend again for a few seconds until well mixed.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Creating the perfect Tropical Protein Smoothie is a blend of skill and knowledge. Use frozen fruits to ensure your smoothie is refreshingly cold without diluting its flavor with ice. If you want a creamier texture, consider using ripe bananas. Always add your liquid first to prevent the blender from clogging. Lastly, customize the smoothie by adding in your favorite tropical fruits or swapping the protein powder with Greek yogurt or chia seeds.
