Notes

This cookie dough recipe is simple, but there are a few tips to ensure perfection. First, always use high-quality gluten-free oat flour for the best texture and taste. If you can't find it, you can make your own by blending gluten-free oats in a food processor until they reach a fine texture. Second, while almond butter adds creaminess, it also works as a binding agent; however, you can substitute it with sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version. Lastly, don't forget to melt the coconut oil before using it to ensure a smooth dough, and always chill the dough before consuming for the best taste.
