  • a frying pan

  • a large salad bowl

  • a small bowl for the dressing,

  • a whisk, a knife

  • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cups of mixed greens

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced

  • For the dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, minced, salt and pepper to taste



Season your shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a bit of oil, then cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side, until they turn pink. Allow them to cool.
