  • Oven

  • Toothpicks

  • Frying pan

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: garlic, herbs for extra flavor



Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.


In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Add salt, pepper, and any additional herbs or garlic if using.


Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket. Be careful not to cut all the way through.


Stuff the pockets with the spinach and cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
