  • Toothpicks

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 12 asparagus spears, trimmed

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g. parsley, thyme)



Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).


Lay the chicken breasts on a clean surface and pound them to even thickness.
