  • Large skillet or wok

  • Wooden spoon

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring cups and spoons


  • 500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Salt to taste



Start by heating the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.


Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.


Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.


Remove shrimp and set aside.


In the same pan, add broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
