  • a good-quality non-stick skillet

  • a spatula

  • a cutting board

  • a knife


  • Four 6-ounce Salmon Fillets

  • Two tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • One clove of Garlic (minced)

  • One cup of Heavy Cream

  • Two cups of fresh Spinach

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)



Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.


In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.


Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Then add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
