One-Pot Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Details

  • a large pot

  • a colander for draining the spaghetti

  • a knife for chopping the ingredients

  • a spatula for stirring

  • serving bowls


  • 200g of spaghetti

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 400g of diced tomatoes

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • A sprinkle of oregano

  • A handful of chopped fresh basil

  • Grated Parmesan for serving



Start by heating the oil in your pot, then add the onion and garlic and cook until they're soft.


Add your diced chicken and cook until it's no longer pink.


Add the diced tomatoes, bell pepper, oregano, and some salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.


Meanwhile, cook your spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain.
