Notes

Preparing Chicken Puttanesca isn't just about following steps; it's about immersing yourself in the cooking process. Season the chicken well to ensure the flavors seep into the meat. Sautéing the garlic until it is golden will maximize its flavor. Use a good quality olive oil and canned tomatoes for the sauce. The capers and olives bring saltiness, so adjust the seasoning accordingly. Lastly, don't skip the fresh herbs at the end as they add a splash of color and freshness.
