  • Mixing bowl

  • Resealable bag or container for marinating

  • Grill or frying pan

  • Cooking tongs

  • Cutting board and knife


  • 6 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)



In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.


Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them.


Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.


Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.


Cook the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
