  • A saucepan

  • A mixing bowl

  • A sharp knife

  • A spoon or piping bag for filling

  • A slotted spoon

  • 12 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (use avocado oil-based for Paleo)

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste
