  • Large skillet

  • Cooking spoon

  • Measuring cups

  • Mixing bowl


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup basil pesto

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: Fresh basil for garnish



Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.


Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet.


Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.


In the meantime, in a separate bowl, mix together the pesto, heavy cream or coconut milk, and minced garlic.


Once the chicken is cooked, lower the heat and pour the pesto mixture over the chicken.
