  • Crockpot

  • Cutting board

  • Sharp knife

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 pack of fajita seasoning mix

  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Flour tortillas
