Creamy Coconut Lime Salmon Recipe Details

Creamy Coconut Lime Salmon Recipe Details

  • Large pan

  • Spatula

  • Grater for lime zest

  • Juicer


  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped



Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.


Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until it's golden brown. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes.


Remove the salmon from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.


Stir in the coconut milk, lime juice, and lime zest, then bring the mixture to a simmer.


Add the salmon back into the pan and let it simmer in the sauce for about 7 minutes.


Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
