  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup corn

  • 1 can black beans, drained

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Spices: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste
