  • a sharp knife for slicing

  • a large pan or wok for stir-frying

  • a spatula or wooden spoon


  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of low-sodium soy sauce

  • A pinch of red pepper flakes

  • 2 green onions, sliced



Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.


Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
