  • A large oven-safe dish

  • A pot for cooking pasta

  • A colander for draining pasta

  • A knife and cutting board for chopping


  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 block (7-8 ounces) of feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 10 ounces of pasta (choose your favorite variety)

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnishing



Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


Place the cherry tomatoes and feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.Drizzle the olive oil over them, followed by the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.


Bake for about 30 minutes until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta cheese is golden.


While the tomatoes and feta are baking, cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve some pasta water for later.
