  • 400g thinly sliced beef

  • 4 cups of broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Optional: Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish



Start by preparing all your ingredients: slice the beef, mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and cut the broccoli into florets.


In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.


Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
