  • Air fryer

  • 3 mixing bowls

  • Tongs or fork

  • Knife

  • Cutting board


  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Optional herbs and spices: paprika, garlic powder, thyme



Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.


In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.


In another bowl, beat the eggs.


In a third bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs with optional herbs and spices.


Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.


Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
