Equipment

  • Large skillet

  • Pot for boiling pasta

  • Colander for draining pasta

  • Knife and cutting board

  • Grater for lemon zest and cheese

  • Stirring spoon

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 200 grams of your favorite pasta

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • A handful of fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, capers, chili flakes

Instructions

Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
