Notes

Use Fresh Basil: Thai basil is key. It has a different flavor than regular basil. If you can’t find it, use the regular but it won't be as authentic. Balance Your Flavors: The beauty of Thai food is in balancing sweet, salty, and spicy. Taste as you go and adjust the sauces accordingly. Don’t Overcook the Chicken: Cook chicken just until it’s done to keep it juicy and tender. Customize the Spice Level: Control the heat by adjusting the amount of chilies.
