  • Large pan or wok

  • 8 ounces of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 8 ounces of stir fry noodles (such as rice noodles or udon noodles)

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas)

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
