  • 500g ground turkey or beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
