  • Air Fryer

  • Mixing bowl

  • Ziplock bag or shallow dish for marinating

  • Measuring spoons

  • Air fryer-safe cooking spray


  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 3 tablespoons of honey

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish



Start by mixing honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. This will be your marinade.


Place the salmon fillets in a ziplock bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
