  • a blender

  • popsicle molds

  • A measuring cup

  • spoons

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

In a blender, combine the blackberries, protein powder, Greek yogurt, honey, and almond milk.

Blend until smooth. Taste the mixture and add more honey if needed.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

To serve, run warm water over the mold to loosen the popsicles. Enjoy!

Always use ripe, sweet blackberries for the best flavor. If you're using frozen berries, ensure they're completely thawed before blending. Opt for a high-quality protein powder that blends well and doesn't form lumps. Vanilla works well, but you can experiment with different flavors to suit your palate. Use Greek yogurt for creaminess and additional protein. You can use a low-fat version if you're watching your calories. Adjust the sweetness of your popsicle mix by tasting and adding more honey if necessary. Remember, the mixture will taste less sweet once frozen.
