  • a toothpick

  • 2 large ripe bananas

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup of honey or agave syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

  • Optional:

  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans)



Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.


In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, eggs, peanut butter, honey, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
