  • Large Pan

  • Cutting Board

  • Knife

  • Tongs or Spatula

  • Bowl for marinating


  • 500g thinly sliced steak (sirloin or flank steak)

  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, and yellow), thinly sliced

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Fajita seasoning to taste

  • Tortilla wraps



Start by marinating the steak with the fajita seasoning for at least 30 minutes.


Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.


Add the steak and cook until it's done to your liking. Then, remove it from the pan.


In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until they are tender-crisp.
