  • A non-stick skillet

  • a spatula

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
