Creamy Coconut Lime Salmon Recipe Details

Equipment

  • Large pan

  • Spatula

  • Grater for lime zest

  • Juicer

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until it's golden brown. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
