  • Boneless chicken pieces (500 grams)

  • Greek yogurt (1 cup)

  • Fresh cream (200 ml)

  • Tomato puree (1 cup)

  • Ginger-garlic paste (2 tablespoons)

  • Garam masala (1 tablespoon)

  • Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon)

  • Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)

  • Fresh coriander (handful, chopped)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Butter (3 tablespoons)

  • Oil (2 tablespoons)

  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

Start by marinating the chicken in Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown.

In the same pan, add tomato puree, garam masala, and cook until the oil separates.
