Ingredients

  • 6 large russet potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt, to taste

  • Fresh herbs (such as chives or parsley), for garnish
