  • a spoon

  • a refrigerator


  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

  • A pinch of salt

  • Toppings: extra peanut butter, chocolate chips, or banana slices



In a jar or a bowl, mix the rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.


Stir all ingredients until they're well combined.


Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.


Place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
