  • Large mixing bowl

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • Measuring spoons

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

  • Sesame seeds for garnish



Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).


In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
