Notes

A great Tuna Casserole is all about the balance of flavors and textures. I recommend using whole grain pasta, as it holds its shape well and adds a nice bite. Opt for tuna in water for a lighter taste. Adding Greek yogurt gives a creamy texture without the excess fat. Additionally, toasting the breadcrumbs before sprinkling them on top adds an extra layer of crunchiness. Lastly, do not overcook the casserole; just cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
