  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving



Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).


In a bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.


Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.


Let the salmon marinate for about 10-15 minutes.


Drizzle olive oil on top of the salmon fillets.
