  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 8 small corn tortillas
