Notes

To ensure you make the best Chicken Lo Mein possible, keep these chef-approved tips in mind. Firstly, don't overcook your vegetables. You want to maintain a slight crunch for texture contrast. Also, prepping your ingredients before you start cooking (known as mise en place) is vital for a smooth process, as this recipe moves quickly once you start. Lastly, adjust the soy and oyster sauce quantities to suit your personal preference; the listed amounts give a balanced flavor, but some may prefer it more or less salty.
